PRE-MOVE SURVEY

Every relocation is a unique situation with special requirements. This Pre-Move survey will allow UTS HK Transpack to address your individual requirements, answer your questions and plan a seamless relocation specifically designed to meet your needs

To ensure our accuracy & comprehensiveness your items will be categorized by what is:

Shipped by air
Shipped by sea
Placed in storage
Moved locally
Not being shipped (e.g. Being left behind, being donated to charity, etc.)
Being added after the survey

Knowledge of your Corporate Relocation Policy and Moving Allowance will enable your UTS HK Transpack Account Executive to advise you whether you are adhering to your corporate guidelines and allowances.

Relocation Proposal and Quotation Based on the information gathered during the survey, we will prepare a detailed quotation for your move. Within 3 working days we will submit to you our relocation proposal detailing:

The estimated volume/weight of the shipment (s)
The estimated price of the shipment (s)
The included, and excluded, services
Extra Charges for special services you requested.
