UTS HK-Transpack will provide you with the contact details of your delivery agent.
Please contact your destination service provider (agent) immediately upon arriving
in your destination country (if not before) to advise them of your plans, to
complete any import customs forms, to schedule and coordinate the delivery
process and to inform them of any access issues that might exist at your
destination address.
Normal destination services include:
- Import documentation and normal customs clearance
- Delivery to your residence
- Unloading, unpacking and normal setting up of furniture
- Debris removal (same day of the delivery)
Normal destination services exclude:
(Unless otherwise stated in your move proposal)
- Warehouse and port charges
- Special customs clearance and inspections
- Import customs taxes and duties
- Hoisting, stair carrying or any other special handling requirements
- Weekend or holiday delivery
- Any fees or charges due to non-normal access at the destination address
- Any moving-in services (i.e. handyman, maid, etc.) SPECIAL
SPECIAL NOTE: As each relocation is unique, please
refer to your move proposal for the service inclusions
and exclusions specific to your move.
