All of your personal effects will be packed by UTS HK Transpack, unless there are certain items you would prefer to pack yourself.

In that case we can arrange for packing materials to be delivered to your house before your packing date. Anything you pack yourself must be left in an open box for our Supervisor to tape sealed. Boxes not sealed by the supervisor, or another UTS HK Transpack employee, must be labeled PBO (Packed By Owner) and the contents cannot be insured.

Process on the Day of Packing
• Our Supervisor will introduce himself and review your instructions, the survey list and any special packing requirements you have.
• Our Supervisor is fluent in English and specifically trained to serve as your primary point of contact during the packing.
• Our crew will simultaneously unload and prepare all packing material.
• All your personal effects being shipped will be packed using the appropriate packing materials.
• Any item that requires special crating will be packed accordingly into a crate tailor built to fit the item’s dimensions.
• All items will be labeled and recorded on the packing list.
• The packing list will be reviewed by both you & the supervisor.
• Upon completion of the job you will be given a copy of the packing list for your records.
